Friday Five

2015fbswap

1. It’s that time of year again! The holidays are quickly approaching which means it’s time for The Great Food Blogger Cookie Swap. I’ve participated for the last two years and just signed up for 2015. Click here to see what I sent out in 2013 and in 2014! If you haven’t signed up yet, click here to sign up before November 1st!

2. Because I’m absolutely obsessed with my slow cooker and Thai food, I cannot contain my excitement for this recipe from Five Heart Home!

3. And continuing with the slow cooker obsession, Jess made the most amazing sounding breakfast in her slow cooker. I’m dying. I need this now.

4. As a lover of gifting homemade food gifts during the holidays, this recipe blew me away! Might have to mix and match with my Most Amazing Mixed Nuts!

5. Keeping with the food theme this Friday, I’m dying to get to the 21 restaurants from this 7×7 Big Eat list that I haven’t yet been to in Napa/Sonoma. I might have to make trying all the dishes listed a goal, too!

About In Natalie's Shoes

I’m a twenty-something food fanatic. By day, I’m working for a non-profit, by night I’m dreaming of becoming a domestic goddess, creating adorable crafts to gift and engineering delicious home cooked meals for the fabulous dinner parties I’ll one day throw. I love to travel, locally, regionally… heck, even internationally, I don’t discriminate too much when it comes to a new destination. I am a little obsessed with taking photos of the food I eat, whether I make it or pay to eat it. It is my firm belief that a girl can never have enough purses or too many shoes. I plan to fill this lovely little blog with my adventures in food, travel, and craftiness. I hope you enjoy!
