I am so not a fan of these weeks just flying by. Who do they think they are? Don’t they know I have a lot of stuff to get done before the weekend starts? Ugh, rude.
Anyway. Last week, I felt the need to increase my time spent baking. Because I was never baking. So, I made this delightful little breakfast treat. Only I feel kinda bad for this recipe. The banana bread started out healthy. Something like 115 calories per slice. And then I added chocolate chips. Whoops. It’s probably because I was making it at the same time I was making the most amazing strawberry cake known to man. Actually, I blame my roommate, Shaylyn. She was the one with the brilliant idea to add chocolate chips.
